Today was our first day back to homeschool
after about
a 2 ½-week spring break.

The break was nice…real nice!
I had big plans for getting back
to our schedule and routine but….
…the sun is shining….
…the kids are playing...
I have some things on my mind…
and so….
school has been a slow work in
progress today.
It’s fair to allow a light day on
your first day back from break right?

I had a hard time getting back into the swing of things today too. Mostly I was trying to catch up on the laundry, which I did. Did you really have a 2 1/2 week break?
I didn't know you homeschooled?! That is awesome. I've decided to do it next year, I need all your advice :) A slow day back I think is definitely ok, especially when it's so sunny outside an the kids are enjoying themselves.
Wow! I just turned in for the whole Pablo thing....wow...that's all I can say. Which book started this whole discussion?
Julie...I homeschool kind of.... I teach at home 3 days a week and the other 2 Roo goes to school. The school he goes to is a charter school. We all work from the k12 curriculum.
