No Thanks. I'll....

“…just sit here on my rear and eat my cookie.”

Said me to Boy as he proceeded to plug away at his INSANITY program, after asking me to join him.

I’m obviously out of good excuses to pass on the invitation to exercise.

I should probably stop making excuses and
JUST DO IT

but I’m low on motivation for such things these days. I betcha the girl who wore the Reebok T-shirt that read “No thanks, I’ll walk” as she gave birth to her youngest, alone, in the front seat of the family minivan doesn’t have motivation issues.  I should find her and tell her to make me exercise.

Oh well, until that happens. I’m going to stare out my windows at the snow and think up of some better excuses.

I'm walking, maybe starting to jog, after it warms up just a wee bit more. I can't wait to get outside again! I think I could go now...the streets are clear of snow. Hmmmmm.....

When I first read about "the girl" I immediately thought, "gee, someone ELSE gave birth in their van by themself?" Then I clicked the link..ha ha. I really wish weight would magically disappear. I did work out yesterday and today and feel very proud of myself. So what if it was only 20 minutes, it's better than nothing right?

Can you stand workout DVDs? Try Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred (if you can stand her) - it's only a 25 minute workout and I like her circuit training. I tell myself it's really only 20 minutes, and that gets me going.

I promised myself I would do something today. It looks like its going to be Billy Blanks Boot Camp. I hate videos, but it's time....it's definitely time.

I have been thinking a little bit about treadmills and wondering why we spend so much money when we can just run in place. :)
